Onyx ate some today. So maybe yesterday she had some kind of bug or maybe it was the heat. Either way I’m going to keep a close eye on her. Thanks for all the well wishes. :)
In other news, I had to rip out the FFL again. I made an error that I couldn’t ladder down to fix and it was in every single repeat for several rows. I sure am learning the hard way with this shawl!

Opal, I know exactly what you mean. I felt like Sysaphus and the Rock when I first started this shawl! If you get past the first chart – I read on the KAL that you were already past the first marker move – it gets to be smooth sailing, I promise. I just finished mine (I’m the one with the foot surgery from the kal). I just *today* started blogging and I’m writing a “gotcha” page for FF&L to publish later in the week.
