My mother went to a tea party on Sunday and wore my Peacock Feathers Shawl. Unfortunately it was too warm for her to keep it on, even though this is a really lightweight shawl. I really want to move to a cooler climate.
As much as I love Hawaii, the heat just kills me. I have some osteoarthritis in some places and when it gets humid and hot my joints swell up like melons. Melons, I tell you! *ack*
