I’m all about the pictures today. It’s Monday and I have no words.
Remember these?

I finally got around to plying them together. I’m extremely pleased with the results.

Gratuitous close up shot.

I also finished the first bobbin of the Berry Pie Filling from Moonlight Baker. It’s like spinning buttah.

I would have continued on with the Berry Pie Filling, but I need to spin up some yarn for my swap partner first. I got some Superwash Merino/Alpaca from All Spun Up for her.

More buttah. My arteries are hardening with all the buttah going on around here. Heart attack city, people.
And for your viewing pleasure, the resident Buttah Ball.

Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you have more words then I do. O.o

Lovely spinning dear. Here’s a word for you: floon. Nobody has every used this word, so it’s all yours to develop as you see it.

Those are some gorgeous pinks and purples – makes me want to pick up yet another crafting hobby!

I sprained my wrist at work and had to come home (driving a stick is dangerous when your right wrist is swelling and you can’t feel your fingers so great), but I have a bag with an undetermined amount of sample white alpaca roving in a box for you on my desk at the office. Tomorrow, assuming i can move my fingers still, I will take it down to shipping, and by the end of this week you should have more to play with.

Awww, and what a cute butter ball!
Can’t wait to see that berry one, 2 or 3 ply?

Your plied yarn gave me a Noro flash, very pretty. Of course, I want to see what it looks like knit up. I see you are using your Suzie for the singles. Are you plying with your Lendrum? I spun some of my silk/wool for a little while last night on my Wyatt Norwegian. I plan to complete the second bobbin (of 3) tonight. Scheyer is the cutest!

I need more adjectives to describe your handiwork. I have over used gorgegous, beautiful, pretty, love the colours. I am not bored with your gorgegous… there I go again, knitting/spinning, its that my vocabulary is limited. I guess I need to find my thesaurus or better yet I think I’ll steal “fantastico” from Kris’ comment.

Purdy! I am in awe.

I feel the need to eat your Berry Pie Filling yarn.. It’s beautiful. Thanks to you, I am on my way to being able to spin up my own little pretty fibers! I’ll email you a picture of what I managed last night – it’s not fit for general consumption!
Thanks, hugs and much praise to you!

No words required! Beautiful yarn, adorable Quincy…sigh.
July 15th, 2008 at 4:28 am
VERY nicely spun!

That Blueberry Pie Filling is lovely, but Quincy takes the cake!
July 15th, 2008 at 5:44 am
Well, hell – what do you need words for when you have pictures like that? And you are so clearly enjoying the spinning process – I love to see someone who loves what they’re doing.
And besides, at last count, wasn’t buttah beter for you than margarine?
Quincy, of course, needs no words – but then cats have always known this :)

Ditto what Carrie said – especially on the first yarn. You can pack it tightly around Quincy when you get him ready for his trip to the mainland. It’s warm in Chicago :o)
