I have an old Ashford traditional, but I love mine. As long as I'm learning it is good enough, but I guess after some time, I think I'll buy a new one. Right now I'm spinning wool/angora, and I will dye the yarns after, it is so funny. And that yarn and fiber from before is so stunning, I can understand that you wanted to eat the fiber. It is a really great wheel, and as cute as the ladybug is...um function. Not that you would need it, but lendrum makes a lace flyer if you want to spin super thin laceweight. Now I want to spin....
