I found a page with oodles of Shrug patterns. I’d really like to make one for myself. I started one last year but I lost it. Needles and all! It’s still a complete mystery as to where it went to. We’ll probably never know.
I finished the first side of edging for the Shetland Lace Shawl. It looks like this is going to be a really monster shawl. First you knit the edging then you pick up the stitches for the shawl along the straight edge of the edging. Then you knit one triangle section of the shawl. Then you repeat 3 more times. Maybe I’ll be happy with just one section. I doubt it though. I was planning on using this one as more of a throw. Pictures forthcoming.
