Tonight I went to the weekly Aloha Knitters meeting. I had a really good time watching Barbara stuff her Totoro’s tail. See that yarn? That’s Barb’s handspun yarn!
I would have taken more pictures but I was busy weaving in the ends of the Alien Illusion Scarf.
I still have to block it, and I will, but that will just have to wait!While I was brushing my teeth last night, one of my filling fell out. So I have an early morning appointment with the dentist.
I’m hoping that this will be the last of my bad luck. It’s the third in a series of misfortunes. The first was when my wireless router decided to stop working, the second was the television set breaking down completely, and the filling falling out of my tooth is the third. So I’ve had enough of these irritating little neps in my daily life for now. I’d like to return to my regularly scheduled programming.
I usually save these little rants for my livejournal, but I am seriously running out of knitting things to blog about. I’m really going to have to get more creative with my knitting time. I think I’ll drag out some projects that I haven’t been working on for awhile like the Centerpiece Treasure Afghan and start something fun and new.

You shadow knitting is so inspiring as is your ability to blog every day. I would love to see future projects you have planned. I hope your filling replacement goes well and that it is the final obstacle to some relaxing knitting time for you.
