Tonight I went to the Aloha Knitters weekly meeting and had a friendly trade with Kim of The Knitted Brow. I gave her the remains of the yarn I had for the Jayne Hat and in return she gave me a myriad of goodies. I see all sorts of possibilities in that pile. Chief among them, is Danica from Knitty. Just which of the yarns I will use I’ll save as a surprise for when I get to the actual project.
Aside from the excitement and camaraderie of an evening out with knitters, I suffered from some extreme drama with my Internet connection. For most of the day I was without one! I was finally able to contact Road Runner and it was determined that my wireless router is malfunctioning. I have no idea how to fix it and I cringe at the thought of how much it will cost to repair it.
All that matters right now is that I have an Internet connection and that I can continue my commitment to NaBloPoMo! Because that’s what it all comes down to, doesn’t it? Post or Die!*
*There is a little voice inside that is saying I’m falling down a cliff of insanity, but I shan’t listen to it. Oh no, I shan’t.

Danica is a great pattern - I’m taking an entralac class this month and I’m really excited about it. Sorry to hear about your internet problems, and hope your router is ok soon!

It looks good, hard to see the pattern because the color is so rich. Sorry to hear about your router, that sucks.
