ECF: The one with the bracelets.

It seems I forgot to share a couple of bracelets I made. Since I have nothing else,  here they are!

This one was simply strung on wire. The stones are pink opals (yes! pink!) with champagne pearls. Potato chip spacers cup the opals. It all comes together with an out of this world clasp.

The next bracelet is a Twisted Herringbone weave, only it’s hard to see the twist. I find the purple especially luscious and the findings on the bracelet makes my heart go pitter-patter at a rapid rate.

Denial is no longer my god. I have an appointment this afternoon with my dentist for a root canal. I’m not really anxious about the procedure itself. I’m more anxious about the bill. I have no dental insurance, you see. So the bill ought to be fun.

But you gotta do… what you gotta do.

Still.. I’d really much rather ignore reality and play with the romping Sammy.

Happy Friday, folks! Have a great weekend!

There is only one word for those bracelets — awesome!

The opal/pearl one is so feminine. I’ve never seen the potato chip spacers before. They really set off the pearls/opals.

Beautiful bracelets!!! You do it all, fine beads and larger beads, incredible. I hope they give you a little break with the root canal and that it doesn’t set you back too much. If I were your dentist, I would gladly take a few things from your Etsy store and call it even.

The opals are beautiful and I never considered myself an opal person.

Have fun at the dentist? Ask for drugs.

Love them! Good luck at the dentist. I need to go myself, but until all the bills are caught up and we both have steady jobs, it ain’t happenin’.

Oh! Those bracelets are awesome, Opal. Works of art, truly. You seem to know just what clasp or closure goes with which design. A true calling.

As for the dentist, so sorry! I’ve had two root canals so far and I’m due for my appointment soon. I never get to wait six months for the next appointment. I always have to go back. The dentist sucks! Hugs!

Good luck with the dentist. Denial ain’t all it is cracked up to be anyway.

Do you still have that pastel bracelet with the flower? Is it for sell in your shop? If so I’d like to buy it next week if it’s not bought by then. Very pretty!
