Opal is a thirty something obsessed knitter. She lives in a suburb of Honolulu on the island of O’ahu in Hawai’i. She also spends her time continuing her fiber obsession by spinning on her Majacraft Suzie Pro.
Akamai means to think, to be clever, or to just use your common sense. It’s a Hawaiian word that’s used a lot as slang by locals. It can be used as an adjective or a verb. So the next time you want someone to think for themselves, tell them to akamai!
